BREAKING: Elon Musk’s X launches 'thermonuclear lawsuit' against far-left activist group Media Matters

On Monday, Elon Musk followed through with his promise to take legal action against Media Matters, officially filing his highly anticipated “thermonuclear lawsuit.”

The billionaire and CEO of X accused the infamous leftist organization of attempting to undermine freedom of speech as well as deceive advertisers on the platform.

The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas Forth Worth Division, and names Media Matters for America and Eric Hananoki as defendants.
