BREAKING: Ray Epps charged with Jan 6 misdemeanor

It has been revealed that Jan. 6 participant Ray Epps was charged on Tuesday in connection to the Capitol riot of January 6.

“Epps is charged with one misdemeanor count, disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds. He was charged by information, which suggests that he plans to enter a plea deal,” NBS reports.

Epps has become an infamous figure after he told people at the Capitol in the lead-up to the January 6 riot that “We need to go into the Capitol” as well as stating over text that he was among those who had “orchestrated” the event. He has now been charged with one misdemeanor count of disorderly or disruptive conduct on restricted grounds, and is likely to take a plea deal, according to NBC News

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
