Democrats Now Calling On SCOTUS Justice to Resign, Not Because Of Roe Leak… But Over Jan 6 Discovery

The intolerant left can not co-exist with Clarence Thomas, an America First, Republican Icon who is a highly favored Conservative Justice on the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS).

Not only did the left try to destroy the man’s life during his Senate confirmation hearing in 1991, but the left also has never been able to control themselves from abusing Thomas, his family, and his supporters over the OG Firebrand’s determined pro-America stance on the high court.

Now they have another scheme to get rid of him. This story proves that skin color is only useful to the left when it furthers the left’s Marxist Revolution and usurpations of the American Republic.

If a Republican ever dared to treat any Black American man like the left treats Justice Thomas- for one moment- the world would stop with protests and assaults and 24 hr. news coverage of ‘White supremacy.’

But in America, with progressive-liberal privilege, the assault on Thomas can go on and on- with zero consequences from the Black community, in the media- or anywhere else. It is astounding!

And now the Marxist left is forgetting their pretend love of the Civil Rights movement, which was about the dignity and opportunities of Black Americans in the workplace- recall.

Ironic then for the left to want to push Thomas out of his job- which he rightfully earned with hard work.

Gone are the days when the left pretend to care about “I am a man!” protests from the 1960s.

Now they want to go back to when they can shout Black men out of their earned positions- while they are openly calling for a highly respected and valued Black American man to leave his job in ‘shame’ because they don’t agree with him.

And they claim to do it in the name of ‘Democracy’- conveniently ignoring the fact as usual that the USA is the Constitutional Republic. This is an illness of people on the left – to not understand our system.

The optics of activism against Thomas are too much for me to pass over. Justice Thomas is so much more to Conservatives than a marker of affirmative action for SCOTUS- he is actually one of the last remaining servants to the people and defender of the American Republic who Conservatives are hoping can help save the nation.

The right has pinned a lot of hope on his actions, and the left wants him gone.

The Daily Mail reported on the left’s most recent campaign against Thomas:

“The Democrats stepped up their calls on Thursday for Justice Clarence Thomas to resign from the Supreme Court after it emerged his activist wife was in touch with one of the key brains behind Donald Trump’s attempts to overturn the election.

The House January 6 committee has reportedly obtained emails between Ginni Thomas as John Eastman, who devised a plan for Vice President Mike Pence to prevent the certification of Joe Biden’s 2020 victory.

It suggests Thomas’ involvement in the election plot was more extensive than previously known.”

Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) said it made her husband’s position untenable.

‘Public confidence in our nation’s highest court is at its lowest levels in generations,’ he said.

‘The American people rightly question whether rightwing jurists in our federal courts can adjudicate the law impartially.

‘Over the last few years, we have become numb to bad acts by powerful actors, but Clarence and Ginni Thomas have participated in one of the worst breaches of trust ever seen in our court system.’

Justice Thomas, he said, was not a ‘neutral actor’ but instead a ‘corrupt jurist.’

‘Clarence Thomas should have dignity and final respect for our democracy and resign.’

Other Democratic voices said he should at least recuse himself from cases around the election.

Tommy Vietor, a liberal podcast host and former Barack Obama spokesman, tweeted: ‘At this point, Ginni and Clarence Thomas are asking us to believe that she lobbied everyone she could possibly think of to overturn the results of the election except her powerful husband.

‘It’s an obvious lie and he has to recuse himself.’

The House committee investigating the attack on the U.S. Capitol last year is likely to request an interview with his wife, after the new evidence surfaced.

‘We think it’s time that we, at some point, invite her to come talk to the committee,’ Representative Bennie G. Thompson, Democrat of Mississippi and chairman of the committee, told Axios.

However, Eastman responded to the reports by saying that Thomas had simply emailed to ask if he could provide an election update to grassroots leaders.

‘I can categorically confirm that at no time did I discuss with Mrs. Thomas or Justice Thomas any matters pending or likely to come before the Court,’ he wrote on Substack.

‘We have never engaged in such discussions, would not engage in such discussions, and did not do so in December 2020 or anytime else.’

A day earlier, The Washington Post revealed the committee had obtained at least one email between Justice Thomas’ wife and Eastman.

Last week, a federal judge ordered Eastman to turn more than a hundred documents over to the committee after the attorney tried to block their release.

Eastman, who once served as clerk for Clarence Thomas at the Supreme Court, outlined scenarios for denying Biden the presidency in legal memos and in an Oval Office meeting on Jan. 4 with Trump and Pence, according to previous reports.
