Democrats Show Hatred for Republicans: 'Get Outta Town…You Are Not New Yorkers'
(CNSNews.com) – A number of prominent Democrats, including President Joe Biden, are demonizing Republicans as part of their campaign strategy.
Last week, Biden insulted “MAGA Republicans” as semi-fascists. “It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the — I’m going to say something: It’s like semi-fascism,” Biden said. He later told donors, “I don’t respect these MAGA Republicans.”
Democrat gubernatorial nominee Charlie Crist said last week that Floridians who support Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis “should stay with him and vote for him, and I don’t want your vote. If you have that hate in your heart, keep it there.”
And New York’s Democrat Gov. Kathy Hochul actually told Republicans to get out of her state: “And we’re here to say that the era of Trump and Zeldin and Molinaro — just jump on a bus and head down to Florida where you belong. Ok. Get outta town. Get outta town. Because you don’t represent our values. You are not New Yorkers.”
Responding to Crist and Hochul this past weekend, Gov. DeSantis told Dan Bongino that he has a lot of support in Florida, “not because people have hate in their heart — they’re thankful we saved their jobs.
“Mothers are thankful we kept their kids in school. You have senior citizens that are thankful we provided medication for them.
“And so, I think that he (Crist) really put his foot in his mouth. But I do think people like Hochul and Crist are representative of this leftist mindset that they do believe the conservative half of the country are effectively second-class citizens.
“And so when she’s telling all the Republicans to get on a bus and get out of New York…they’d lose the NYPD, they’d lose the FDNY, they’d lose guys from the Port Authority.
“These are the guys — you know, these good, strong, conservative patriots that keep New York from totally falling off the cliff, even though she’s trying to do that. So I thought it was really offensive that she would say it.
“And look. We’ve had a lot of really great Republicans move from New York to Florida…we obviously welcome that, but I think for her to treat them so disrespectfully was really appalling.”
