DeSantis Puts Woke Corporation Disney In Its Place: Disney “Crossed The Line – They Do Not Run This State. They Do Not Control This State” [VIDEO]
Yesterday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed the Parental Rights in Education bill. The bill forbids instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity for students in kindergarten through the third grade. Leftists have dishonestly nicknamed the legislation the ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill.
The bill, which seems innocuous to anyone with a modicum of sanity, has received extreme pushback from left wing politicians and pressure groups across the country. One of the most outspoken critics of the bill has been Disney. Disney employees staged a walkout over the bill and Disney promised to fight the new law in court.
DeSantis pushed back against them in a statement released yesterday.

“DeSantis: For Disney to come out and put a statement and say that the bill should have never passed and that they are going to actively work to repeal it, I think one was fundamentally dishonest but two I think that crossed the line. This state is governed by the interests of the people of the state of Florida. It is not based on the demands of California corporate executives. They do not run this state. They do not control this state.
DeSantis Tweeted, “The state of Florida is governed according to the interests of the people, not according to the political posturing of corporate executives in California. We will never allow corporate influence to repeal the substantive rights of parents in our state.”
Disney has had a problem with pedohpilia and child sex trafficking within its company in the past. Since 2006, 35 of its employees have been arrested and charged sex crimes that involve children. Earlier this month, four Disney employees were arrested and charged in a human trafficking sting Florida.

i fail to see any difference between the liberal agenda to ‘convert kids to homosexuality’ and the christian ‘gay conversion therapy’ that homosexuals claim should be ILLEGAL. you cannot have it both ways- either ‘converting is allowed’ or ‘converting is illegal’. if gay conversion therapy is supposed to be illegal, then by the same token schools (and disney) indoctrinating and converting kids to homosexuality should also be illegal!!! SO DESANTIS IS CORRECT IN BANNING SCHOOLS INDOCTRINATION- schools do not participate in gay conversion therapy, so the should therefore not indoctrinate either! hypocritical liberals are so addicted to DOUBLE STANDARDS!
