Patrick Leahy Makes Stunning Comment About Supreme Court Confirmations

What the Democrats get away with is simply incredible.

Patrick Leahy said today that he hopes voting for Supreme Court nominations to be more nonpartisan, implying that when just one party confirms a nominee, it undermines the high court:

I’m not sure what the host asked Leahy after he stated this, but if he believes this, why did he vote against the last three Supreme Court nominees? That’s correct. He voted against Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett, but now he’s stating that he wishes things were more bipartisan now that his party is nominating a Supreme Court nominee.

Don’t even get me started on how Democrats treated Kavanaugh in their attempt to derail his confirmation to the Supreme Court. They lied about him, slandered him, accused him of heinous crimes, and attempted to ruin him in order to derail his nomination. For anyone who recalls it all, that’s the understatement of the year. And, of course, Leahy was involved in all of it, and now he’s pleading for bipartisanship.
