In his latest social experiment, Dice asks random beachgoers in San Diego, California if they’ll sign a petition to ban The Bible.
Some of the responses will shock you.
Dice’s social experiment comes on the heels of The New York Times publishing an op-ed on Good Friday titled “In This Time of War, I Propose We Give Up God.”
Infowars reported:
Titled “In This Time of War, I Propose We Give Up God,” the article claims that God is responsible for “war and violence” and for “oppression and suffering,” and suggests that people stop teaching children about Him.
Author Shalom Auslander, who is disillusioned about his upbringing in a religious Jewish community in New York, argues (original emphasis):
God, it seems, paints with a wide brush. He paints with a roller. In Egypt, said our rabbi, he even killed first-born cattle. He killed cows. If he were mortal, the God of Jews, Christians and Muslims would be dragged to The Hague. And yet we praise him. We emulate him. We implore our children to be like him.
Perhaps now, as missiles rain down and the dead are discovered in mass graves, is a good time to stop emulating this hateful God. Perhaps we can stop extolling his brutality. Perhaps now is a good time to teach our children to pass over God — to be as unlike him as possible.
In a landmark case, a Helsinki court two weeks ago dismissed all “hate speech” charges against former Finnish minister Päivi Räsänen, ruling that her citation of Bible verses which described homosexuality as “shameful” and “unnatural” is part of religious free speech.
It’s a somber reminder that Christianity and The Bible face constant attack in today’s society.

with out even just the thought of God, this world would be nothing but crime, it would be thousands of times worse than it is today, murder, theft, rape, it would be filled with the most horrendous amount of crimes you could possibly even think of, The thought of God and judgement keeps a lot of people in check.
